Acceptance of Terms

Your use of createonlineweb ("the Website") is exclusively subject to the following terms and conditions. It is imperative that you refrain from using the website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. Failure to accept these terms and conditions necessitates an immediate cessation of website use, and continued use will be considered as your acceptance.

General

CreateOnlineWeb will only initiate work upon receipt of a written purchase order via email or mail. The full payment, constituting 100% of the quoted amount, is required upon acceptance of this proposal. Additional charges for domain name registration and website hosting space apply, and these charges are non-refundable. A project manager will be assigned for your project, requiring your cooperation for successful project completion. Maintenance charges are extra. The project's start and end dates are contingent on the timely provision of all necessary content. The project end date may be adjusted if the required content is not provided by the client.

Changes to Website

CreateOnlineWeb reserves the right to modify or remove the website or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions are at the discretion of CreateOnlineWeb. Your continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance.

Website Design

While efforts will be made to ensure the website is error-free, CreateOnlineWeb cannot be held responsible for losses due to malfunctions. The web server, website, graphics, and programming code remain the property of CreateOnlineWeb until all outstanding accounts are settled. Copyright for work remains with CreateOnlineWeb, and commercial reproduction or resale requires permission. CreateOnlineWeb is not liable for copyright infringements resulting from materials submitted by the client. Additional work is at the discretion of CreateOnlineWeb, and any associated charges are the client's responsibility.

Database, Application, and E-Commerce Development

The website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." CreateOnlineWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from website use. No warranty is provided for uninterrupted functionality or virus-free operation.

Severance

If any term or condition is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining terms and conditions will remain binding.

Payment of Accounts

New clients may be required to provide a deposit. Hosting fees and costs incurred are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Outstanding accounts must be settled within 30 days. Failure to pay may result in denial of website access.

Refunds and Cancellation

Charges are non-refundable. Cancellation within seven days from the invoice date will result in a half refund.

CONTENT

You are legally responsible for all content uploaded through your use of the Services. Do not use the Services for illegal purposes. Archive your content regularly. You must provide necessary warnings and information. CreateOnlineWeb is not responsible for the content or data you submit on the website.

Client's Business Liability

CreateOnlineWeb is not responsible for the client's business after the website is live or completed. Any business risks, fraud, client relations, transactions, or other liabilities are solely the responsibility of the website owner or business owner.
