No refunds issued if the project is completed and uploaded.

Web Programming:

Partial refund if the project has not started.

Refund issued per discretion if project completion deviates from the agreed-upon policy and contract.

Full refund if the resource has not started.

Proportionate refund if the client cancels, excluding days worked.
